But one tip I would give you is parking in one of the side streets. でも一つおすすめするのは、一本入った小さい道路に駐車すること。
If you look at the GPS, there are so many side streets in Newtown. GPSを見ると、めちゃくちゃたくさん小さい道路があるよね。 So just go in one of them and look for a parking spot. だからどこか入って駐車スポット見つけたらいいよね。 It's better than trying look for one on the main road. 大通りで見つけようとするより良いよね。

Because the Italian Bowl place is maybe a hundred meters from here? パスタのお店は100mくらい先だよね？ Would you like me to double check? ダブルチェック（再確認）しようか？ I can't check google map because my camera Is on. カメラを使っているからGoogle Mapを開けない It's not gonna make a big difference. I'm not gonna make a U turn. （Google Mapを見なくても）大きく違ったりしないよ。Uターンしないから。
Wherever（どこでも）
Yeah, Just park wherever. うん、どこでも止めておくれ
The thing about that, is there is not a lot of street parking… それについてだけど、たくさん駐車場があるわけじゃないんだよ。 Wherever is available is fine. 空いているところならどこでも Another cool thing about street parking in side streets is You don't have to pay for parking. もう一つ路駐の良いところは、駐車料金を払わなくてよいことだね。 If you park here, you have to pay for every 30 min. 大通りに駐車すると30分ごとに料金が発生するよ。 And that's usually like, 2-3 dollars for 30 minutes. だいたい30分2-3ドルする。
You might not think that lot（大したことないと思うかもしれないが）
You might not think that's a lot, but if you're staying somewhere here for 2-3 hours and paying 15-20 dollars, it kind of is. そんなに高くないと思うかもしれないけど、2-3時間この辺にいて15-20ドル払うとなると、高いよね。
But if you go to a side street which is maybe ten meters away, it's free! でも10mだけ離れた細い道に停めればタダだよ。 Plus, there is a parking limit so here they let you park maybe an hour or three hours, whereas in the streets you can park as long as you want. あと時間制限があるから、ここでは1-3時間だけ停められるけど、ところが脇道なら好きなだけ停められるよ。

Just drive slowly because there is a lot of people walking, crossing the road, bicycle, motor bike. 道を歩いている人とか自転車とかバイクとかたくさんいるから、ゆっくり運転しないとね。
accidentally（あやまって、間違って）
Your don't wanna accidentally hit someone that's not looking when they're crossing. 周りみていない誰かと交差で偶然ぶつかりたくないよ。
Yeah they're not looking. うん、ほんと見てないよね。（本音） People are sometimes a little bit careless. ちょっとだけ注意深くない人もいるよね。 But believe me, if you accidentally hit hem, xxxxxxxxxxx. でももしも誤ってぶつかっちゃったら、ｘｘｘｘｘｘって言われるよ。 And we've found a parking spot. そして駐車場を見つけました。 Another tip for when you park your car on a street. もう一つ、車を道路に停めるときのティップスね。 Your don't wanna forget where you parked it. どこに停めたか忘れないように。 Get your phone and take a photo of the street sign. ストリートの名前の写真を撮ろう

The cool thing about Newtown is you have a mix. ニュータウンのいいところは、色んなものがあるところだね。 You have food, you have clothes, tea, art, everything really. 食べ物も服もお茶もアートもなんでも。 We have to double check where Azuki is. AZUKIがどこかもう一回確認した方がよいね。 Is it spelled how you said it? スペルはあなたが言った通り？

The thing about the graffiti here in Newtown is that no one will take it down. ここニュータウンでは、こういうストリートアートは消されないよ。 No one would spray paint over it because the appreciate it. みんなアートに感謝してるからスプレーで上書きしたりしないよ。
A decade（１０年間）
So something like this has been here for decade or two decades. たぶんこれは10年とか20年前からここにあるけど。 And everyone appreciates it. It's a part of Newtown. ニュータウンの一部として誰もが受け入れている。
